Sydney Water have partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) to deliver design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services across the Southern Region of Sydney.D4C is a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service Stream and WSP.D4C is seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join their expanding team to deliver excellence across the Southern Region.What we are looking for…Experienced Leading Hand or an experienced electrician who is willing to lead a team of 4-8 electricians/ TAs/ Apprentices to join our Southern Region Delivery team which covers an area from the South of Sydney Harbour to Kiama in the Illawarra. Your day-to-day activities include but are not limited to:Support the Supervisor to lead the crewLead by example in all areas with a strong focus on safety, quality, and behaviourInstallation of Cable Support SystemsInstallation of new cable runsInstallation of new and upgrades to existing switchboards and startersTermination WorksCommissioning and testing worksThe installation and commissioning of new and overhauled equipment across sewerage treatment plants and Sydney Water network sites such as remote pumping stations and reservoirsReading and interpreting site plans & drawingsMaintaining and adhering to site safety standardsAssisting other work crews where requiredWe are looking for someone with flexibility which is key for the success of our one team culture.
