Electrician - Installer

Job Description The Installer - Electrician is involved in the delivery and installation of appliances, including electrical connections and wiring, bench cutting and other general modifications at customers' premises in a timely and professional manner.
The Installer - Electrician will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost and Team, and align with company values.
Report all incidents/injuries, near misses, and hazards promptly to the Transport Manager.
Ensure work activities align with safety and handling inductions and training.
Follow WH&S policies and procedures.
Ensure safety and minimise risk during appliance delivery/installation.
Maintain compliance with regulations.
Manage consumables efficiently.
Take care of company-supplied tools.
Scan inventory accurately.
Achieve loading accuracy.
Handle returns appropriately.
Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Keep the loading area clean and free of debris.
Uphold and promote high standards.
Perform loading, delivery, and/or installation duties.
Minimise customer damage.
Minimise rescheduling of tasks.
Fulfill other requested ad hoc duties.
Qualifications Electrical Cert/Licence.
Drivers Licence without any traffic convictions.
Exhibit a strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service, with demonstrated customer experience.
Prioritise safety, with extensive knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
Maintain a professional and composed demeanor while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Pay high attention to detail.
Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred, but not essential: Experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items.
Additional Information Permanent full-time position.
Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm.
$79,040 - $88,920 + Super.
