Key Responsibilities Scoping continuous improvement opportunitiesRaising notifications and work ordersBreakdown and fault finding on Train unloaders, Shiploaders, Stackers and ReclaimersPreventative maintenance on Train unloaders, Shiploaders, Stackers and ReclaimersModular and shutdown maintenance managing a work crew in the safe execution maintenance and statutory tests.Statutory testing, Functional safety proof testing, Protective device audits Qualifications and Experience Electrical trade qualification (A Grade WA)Current WA 'A' class electrical workers licenceHigh voltage ticket and experience with HV Switching, writing HV programs, HV diagnostic and fault findingPrevious experience as electrical tradesperson or Electrical / Instrumentation Technician in a continuous operating plant environment (5 years preferred maintenance, as it is for an Advanced position)Experience in PLC systems and control communication systems modbus, Profibus, profinetAbility to interpret and create trends using SCADAInstrumentation and calibration experience (Cert IV desirable)Proven Experience in troubleshooting on Variable Speed DrivesCompetent understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systemsExperience in computer-based maintenance systems - SAP (desirable)Experience working on shift roster Dayshift and NightshiftAbility to complete full belt weigher calibrations as well as tramp metal detector calibrations Our Commitment Fortescue is deeply committed to providing a safe culture that builds respect, fosters inclusiveness, and values diversity.
