Works may include basic admin, WHSE reporting & project supervision.
You will be required to report to the Project Supervisor when required & deliver all task to successfully complete the scheduled works.
Your day may include: Read electrical, architectural and mechanical diagrams or drawings.
Plan appropriate layouts for electrical wires and wiring systems.
Identify the right electrical equipment for a particular job.
Install lighting, power outlets, conduits, cable trays, ladder racks, circuit breakers and emergency lighting.
Carry out fault-finding.
Test, repair and maintain electrical equipment.
Connect electrical equipment and appliances.
Install motors and switchboards.
Install automated electrical controls.
Install voice and data cabling.
Complete electrical projects by supervising installations; resolving design issues.
liaise with Stakeholders as required.
Travel when required.
About you: Current electrical licence (Australian).
White card.
Working at heights card (or the ability to obtain).
Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team.
Experience in Industrial / Commercial Environment is an advantage.
Thorough knowledge of Safety Procedures / WHS Requirements.
Excellent time management & problem solving abilities.
Must be able to travel if required.
Drivers licence.
