Our Branch Construction is a diverse branch that provides a wide range of services.
We play a critical role in ensuring Council's assets are fit for purpose and provide opportunities for residents and visitors to explore and enjoy Brisbane.
The Role We currently have an opportunity for one permanent full-time Electrician to join our Construction team based at the ROC – Regional Operations Centre in Eagle Farm.
The role will support management in the maintenance of electrical assets as part of a team of technical and professional staff.
We are looking for an electrician experienced with installation, fault finding and testing works in the following areas: Rate 3 street lighting, park lighting, facility lighting, switchboard installations/modifications, and general electrical maintenance.
There are opportunities to pick up additional skills in other areas of BCC electrical project work, such as CCTV, ITS, and Traffic Signals.
