Our client is currently recruiting Electricians throughout Brisbane for an immediate start.
$45-$50 /hrMonday to Friday (Overtime Available)Company VehicleWork/Life BalanceGreat team CultureIMMEDIATE START for the right candidate.About the role Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems.Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and other systems.Install safety and distribution components (e.g., switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels, etc.
).Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring.Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits.Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.Quote and plan for electrical installation and repairs in both commercial and residential settings.The above includes air conditioning, solar, lighting, CCTV, and alarms.
Working with single and three-phase power.
Day-to-day will vary and could be on a job for a couple of hours, up to a couple of days.To be successful, you will possess the following: Current Open Drivers licence.Applicable Trade Qualification.Construction White Card.Current QLD Electrical Licence.LVR/CPR.Own Basic Trade Tools.Full Rights to Work in Australia.Current resume with 2x work-related referees.Our client is an employer that acknowledges and embraces the importance of our people's diverse experiences, talents, and cultures.
