Wormald have been designing, installing and maintaining fire protection systems since 1889 and are Australia's leading Specialist Fire Protection provider. Our operations located in Mackay are currently seeking a QBCC licensed Fire Alarm Technician or a suitably qualified licensed Electrician to join their service team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs and installation of various fire protection & electrical systems. We require someone with:
QBCC Fire Licence or Electrical Mechanics Licence (Or have the appropriate qualifications to be eligible for licensing)Prior industry experienceStrong focus on safetyStrong focus on quality and client satisfactionGood personal presentationOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to multi-skill into other areas of fire protectionHigh level of computer skillsCurrent Driver's licenseHaving Communications Cabling Registration would be an advantage but is not a necessityWe welcome and encourage women, people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent, and people from diverse backgrounds to apply.
