Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Perth, for an Electrician to join the team as an Electrical Construction Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.
The role for a qualified electrician is available to lead and co-ordinate a team across commercial projects which includes office fitouts and large construction projects including commercial mixed-use developments, shopping centres, hospitals, cinemas, and large distribution warehouses.

Experience & Qualifications A valid electrical license and qualifications relevant to the electrical trade;Proven experience in commercial electrical work as a lead electrician or supervisor;Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams;Thorough knowledge of Australian electrical codes and standards;The ability to take responsibility and lead by example with an unwavering commitment to safety and quality;The ability to assess, analyze, and find solutions to on-site issues;Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients and team members;Ability to work independently and in a team environment;Current driver's license and white card;Police Clearance;EWP and Working at Heights Training - not required but is desirable;First Aid Certificate - not required but is desirable;Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and installations.We offer High industry rates and wages.Vehicle, Testing equipment, Uniform, and PPE provided.Great training and development opportunities – grow with the business.Long term employment.38hr weeks with 12-1pm finishes on Fridays.Home every night with the afternoon to spend on your own terms.Work on exciting and landmark projects.Optional overtime with penalties.Challenging and rewarding projects.Variety of work.Opportunities to grow within the business and progress your career.$500 sign-on bonus paid at the successful completion of 3-month probation.To be considered for this role please apply with your resume and cover letter.
