Jobs are wide-ranging and unique, one day it's an RFID system for the Williamtown Airforce base and the next a full suite of electronic tool control systems for a Commercial Airline in the US, the Pacific Islands or the UK.Role & ResponsibilitiesManufacture, commissioning and testing of custom electronic tool control systemsPreparing parts, wiring and circuit boards for use in control cabinetsGeneral data entry such as stock/parts control and recordingManual handling such as Cabinet / foam preparation, laser etching of tools and final assembly of tool kits.Possible travel to customer sites for setup, training and/or fault finding.Skills and ExperienceStrong computer literacy is essentialExperience as an Electrician, or Elec TA, is essentialKnowledge of and Experience using Power and Hand toolsGeneral Labouring duties and the ability to take direction and change priorities as requiredAbility to work unsupervised when required and to follow company policies and proceduresA strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability as core values.Opportunity exists for this role to be a career path at the company with leadership skills being looked for to assist us in growing our team, increasing our Electronics capacity and meeting an ever-growing international demand for our Electronic tool control systems.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Have you worked in a role which requires fault finding experience?How many years' experience do you have as an Electrical Trades Assistant?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check?#J-18808-Ljbffr
