Electrical Trade Assistants - Fifo

Experienced Electrical Trade Assistants required to assist a team of A-Grade Electricians on the Port Hedland Solar Farm.
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMENCE ASAPPlease be aware that this work will be quite labour-intensive and physically demanding.
Specifically, you will spend considerable time working underneath the solar panels.
Unlike other solar farms where panels are typically at head height and easily accessible, the panels at Port Hedland are situated lower, which can make the tasks more challenging.
We are looking for EXPERIENCED Electrical Trade Assistants to start work on a Solar Farm in Port Hedland.
The project is offering approximately 1-2 months of short term work, with the possibility of transitioning to another Solar Farm project in QLD or NSW afterwards.
About The Role$40ph flat rate + superFlights, accommodation, and meals provided (or allowance given)3:1 roster (3 weeks on, 1 week off)1-2 months work with option to transfer to another projectMust haves:Electrical TA experienceConstruction White CardAvailable to complete a medical and drug and alcohol screenAbility to complete site inductions and candidate onboardingAvailable to commence ASAPPhysically demanding workKey Responsibilities - Assist Electricians in the below:Install and connect DC/AC wiring between panels, inverters, and grid connections.Lay conduits and cables in trenches, ensuring protection and safety.Mount and connect inverters, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection systems.Perform electrical tests (continuity, insulation resistance, voltage).Assist in system commissioning, powering up, and troubleshooting.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience.
