Our client, a leading manufacturer and repairer of heavy mining machinery, is searching for a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join their team.Your main responsibilities will include installation, maintenance, and repair of specialised electrical and electronic components of mining equipment; including record management and accurate documentation of equipment particulars, ensuring relevant Standards, Acts, and Rules are met, within the expectations of the company and the direct supervisor.Requirements:Certificate III in ElectrotechnologyCurrent QLD Electrical Fitter/Mechanic licenseAbility to read and understand drawingsAdherence to strict safety procedures and regulationsExperience working on Mining Equipment - highly regardedForklift license - highly regardedBenefits:Immediate starts$50/hr + penalties (for general overtime)Local workshop based in Rockhampton (no mine site travel)Potential for ongoing long-term work for the right personIf you believe you meet the above conditions, please 'APPLY NOW'.#J-18808-Ljbffr
