Duties include but are not limited to;
Working to comply with the site Safety Health Management System Supervising and coordination of the day-to-day electrical maintenance and repair activities - CAT 796, Liebherr T264, Hitachi EH5000 Allocation of competent resources to tasks Perform statutory inspections ensuring electrical installations and equipment are in accordance with the Mine Safety and Inspection Regulations, Australian Standard Electrical Installations and are maintained in a safe working condition Leading/mentoring, and effectively managing a multi-skilled crew Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work within teams to develop and implement solutions. What you'll need to succeed Trade qualified Electrician with experience in Electric Drive Trucks! Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams Current Mining Supervisor – G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3) Current Carry out the Risk Management Process – G2 Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain) Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain) Demonstrated experience leading a team committed to meeting demanding project deadlines and juggling conflicting priorities If you're an experienced Electrical Supervisor with an excellent work ethic, attitude and safety conscious approach, then we want to talk to you.
