Duties include but are not limited to;
Working to comply with the site Safety Health Management SystemSupervising and coordination of the day-to-day electrical maintenance and repair activities - CAT 796, Liebherr T264, Hitachi EH5000Allocation of competent resources to tasksPerform statutory inspections ensuring electrical installations and equipment are in accordance with the Mine Safety and Inspection Regulations, Australian Standard Electrical Installations and are maintained in a safe working conditionLeading/mentoring, and effectively managing a multi-skilled crewIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and work within teams to develop and implement solutions.What you'll need to succeed Trade qualified Electrician with experience in Electric Drive Trucks!Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teamsCurrent Mining Supervisor – G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3)Current Carry out the Risk Management Process – G2Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)Demonstrated experience leading a team committed to meeting demanding project deadlines and juggling conflicting prioritiesIf you're an experienced Electrical Supervisor with an excellent work ethic, attitude and safety conscious approach, then we want to talk to you.
