Electrical Supervisor Mackay

Roar is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our team at our Mackay Office.
We are looking for the right candidate to take on a variety of responsibilities, including: Commercial Quoting: Preparing and submitting accurate project quotes.
Client Liaison: Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Business Development: Identifying new opportunities for growth.
Hands-On Work: Engaging in on-site tasks as required.
Requirements: A motivated team player with a passion for the electrical field.
Confident leadership skills to guide and support team members in executing tasks safely and efficiently.
A problem solver with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility for travel, including Town and Mining work, with some overnight stays when needed.
Qualifications: Electrical Trade Qualification Qld Electrical Licence Manual open 'C' class QLD license EEHA Current CPR/LVR Standard 11 (desired but not essential) Coal Board Medical (desired but not essential) Supervisor training or experience Experience or willingness to learn Quoting/project management Availability to do shift work when required on site.
