About the role With EPC projects and clients growing, we are looking for a customer and delivery focused Electrical Supervisor who is proactive in delivering on our client's expectations. You will work closely with all internal and external stakeholders and work to maintain the dynamic team culture at Verbrec. You will be exposed to clients across mining, water, oil & gas, utilities, renewables and other local industry projects.
As an Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Electrical construction activities completed safely, on time and budgetInput into electrical construction portions of EPC tendersDeveloping and managing strong client relationshipsManaging electrical construction teams and sub-contractorsAbout you You will be focused on developing a successful career alongside a passionate team with a good work and life balance. Your experiences will display:
3+ years Electrical Supervisor experience in a similar positionPrevious supervisory experience within the resource industryPrevious experience in managing electrical subcontractorsHold a Grade A WA electrical licence and white cardAbility to qualify for In-house Electrical Nominee (preferred)Solution-focused, practical, functional problem solverStrong sense of ownership and accountability of workInductions with Tier 1 Mining Companies (Preferred)Statutory Supervision as per Section 26 (Preferred)Must have the right to work in AustraliaThe new Verbrec brand represents our evolution and continued growth by leveraging emerging techniques and technologies for the benefit of our clients.
