Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join the Wagners team in our Toowoomba Workshop.
The Electrical Supervisor is a busy role and is responsible for the organisation and execution of daily work activities carried out by the electrical staff throughout various sites within SE Queensland.
DutiesOrganise and structure workload for staff ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain compliance of electrical systems under the AS 3004:2013 and Mining Acts.Liaise with external power providers for applications and compliance.Responsible for the development and implementation of projects, and management of budgets and forecasts.Employee engagement including employee reviews, training and apprentices.Compile quotes and tenders for both internal and external customers.Implement and retain a high level of safety culture within the team.Skills and ExperienceTrade Certificate in Electrical Trade (Electrical).Electrical Contractors Licence or ability to obtain this.5+ years post trade experience.Previous Supervisory experience.Construction Industry Blue or White Card.Advanced knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS regulations and practices.Strong safety culture.Why Wagners?Wagners is a quality building and construction materials company producing a wide variety of construction materials serving Australian and International building and construction industries.
