Your new companyReporting to the Engineering Project Lead, this role will see you deliver projects that meet the approved objectives within the constraints of scope, time, quality, and budget to maximise value. Project-related health, safety, environment, and community risks will be identified and managed.Your new roleReporting to the Project Lead, some of your key duties will include but not limited to:Supervise the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of electrical plant and installations at the mine.Manage the day-to-day electrical maintenance operations and oversee compliance with statutory and company regulations.Ensure adequate resources are supplied for planned works and support maintenance activities while minimising delays to operations.Supervise the daily maintenance work of electrical staff and contractors.Oversee the implementation of electrical maintenance activities to all plant and equipment.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful you will ideally have the following skill set:Experience with BMA processes5 years supervisor experienceExperience in Process control, Instrumentation and switch board manufacturingHazardous areas (advantageous)HV switching (advantageous)What you'll get in returnThis role is based on-site in the Bowen Basin on a 5/2 roster, offering flexible travel arrangements (FIFO/DIDO/Residential).
