Knowledge of and experience in the contemporary management of refrigeration, wastewater, steam generation, and environmental technology. Knowledge of PLC programming, writing of programs, and fault finding.Knowledge of HMI configurations.Knowledge of common automation communication protocols.Current driver's license. Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and technical skills. Direct experience in an export meat processing facility. Membership of the Institution of Refrigeration Engineers. Proven successful management record in leading a repair and maintenance team. Advanced computer literacy skills. Design and technical drawing skills. Detailed knowledge of the Export Meat Orders particularly the construction and maintenance of export abattoirs. Trainer/Assessor accreditation. Boiler/Refrigeration accreditation.
