Kalgas Energy Services are on the hunt for an accomplished Electrician with leadership experience to join them as an Electrical Supervisor / Gas Fitter. Within this role you will be leading a small team working on gas turbines, kilns, smelting furnaces, flux dryers and other mining, industrial and commercial applications throughout the Goldfields region.Kalgas Energy Services are growing, so if you are a talented electrician looking to move into a niche industry this ad is just for you.Within this role you will be responsible for:Lead and motivate a small team of electricians and gas fittersManage projects onsite to ensure completion and schedule while ensuring work meets statutory, company and WHS standardsRepairs, maintenance and servicing of industrial and commercial oil and gas fired appliancesInstallation and maintenance servicing of natural gas and LPG supply pipeworkInspection and maintenance of steam boilersInstallation, commissioning and servicing of gas engine power generatorsElectrical contractingKalgas Energy Services will support your gas fitter training, but we require you to already possess:WA registered Electricians LicenceProven ability to effectively lead, develop and motivate teamsDemonstrated experience in mining & industrial applicationsA positive safety focus High attention to detail and work qualityAbility to meet site access medical and criminal history checksThis position involves regular travel to remote sites and will involve periods away from home.This position is offered as Kalgoorlie residential only.In return Kalgas Energy Services will provide:Flat hourly rate in the range of $85 p/h - $95 p/hAccess to work vehicleOpportunities for growth & developmentSalary sacrifice (if eligible)To apply please upload your resume to our external HR Business Partner, The People & Culture Office. Shortlisting will commence immediately.
