The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our Power Team at our Stapylton office. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and overseeing electrical installations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate electrical installations on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project progress and provide technical support to resolve on-site issues.Conduct site inspections and testing of electrical systems.Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and quality control records.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met.Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.In-depth understanding of Australian electrical standards and regulations, particularly AS/NZS 3000:2018.Proven experience in developing and managing ITPs and ITRs.Strong background in site supervision, commissioning, and QA/QC. Implement and maintain rigorous QA/QC processes to ensure that all electrical installations meet regulatory and project standards.About You: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the power or infrastructure sectors.Strong understanding of electrical systems, design, and installation processes.Working With Pensar: We believe that maintaining a healthy and happy team is key to creating better outcomes in our work.
