The work will be varied and interesting and covers a range of Battery and Solar projects in the Latrobe Valley region, Mornington Peninsula and regional Victoria with the opportunity to also travel interstate. Full training will be given.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Commissioning, testing, and programming inverters on site and remotely. Troubleshooting and repair of inverters and associated equipment. Maintenance of electrical installations. Attend and advise on site installations. Follow relevant codes and industry standards which govern electrical installation and maintenance. Demonstrate aptitude with electrical and mechanical tools. Read manuals, drawings, and specifications to ensure correct operation of equipment. Understand written information and instructions and correspond clearly and concisely. Other duties as directed. To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong electrical knowledge and aptitude, hands-on skills, and good problem-solving ability. Good communication and customer service skills. A customer focus and be flexible and attentive to customers' needs. A current practicing License as a Registered Electrician. Current Driver's license. The ability to work as part of a team. AC Drives/Inverter Experience would be an advantage.
Must be prepared to travel to various sites for commissioning, repairs and maintenance.
