About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to join the team on a full-time basis to assist with the daily running and continue the growth of our business. This role offers flexibility, stability & long-term job security for the successful applicant Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Oversee the day-to-day operational running of the business Provide estimations and scheduling of jobs Motivate and support the field team by providing leadership and expert knowledge Perform electrical services duties as needed to assist the team Liaise with office and report to directors Provide technical phone support for field staff Handle clients technical questions in person and over the phone Deliver job management software training and up-skill employees Please contact us for the full job decription About You As our new Service Manager, you will have the experience to lead teams across multiple projects, manage complex deadlines, while observing set budget constraints. You will have: A willingness to go above and beyond. WA Electrical Workers License Extensive experience in the electrical industry A strong focus on safety & quality of work standards Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience in day-to-day business operations Sound knowledge of labour forecasting and resourcing requirements Why join us?
