My client is seeking an Electrical Service Coordinator to join their team based in the Eastern Suburbs. Handling an array of service agreement contracts, contract management, reporting & billing and more. Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiating Contracts: You'll be the maestro of contract negotiations. Whether it's with vendors, suppliers, or service providers, you'll ensure that the terms and conditions align with the company's goals. Drafting Agreements: Crafting clear, concise contracts is your forte. You'll create agreements that protect both parties and clearly outline expectations. Monitoring Execution: Once the ink dries, your work isn't done. You'll oversee contract implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Renewals and Extensions: Keep an eagle eye on contract expiration dates. Alert relevant parties about renewals or extensions well in advance. Relationship Building: Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers. Effective communication is key. Resource Directory Enhancement: Continuously update your resource directory with trusted contractors and service providers. It's like having a Rolodex of reliable contacts.
