The Opportunity

Our growing Services team are currently seeking an Electrical Projects Manager to be based in Sydney. Overseeing projects within our growing New South Wales operations, you will play a key role in supporting our Services business which is experiencing strong activity across our diverse operations. With an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects, you will support a growing portfolio across; Secure Power, Power Services and other growing Industry-centric markets that are calling for our expertise.

You will also make a significant Impact on the strategic direction of our growing Services business, collaborating with a variety of passionate stakeholders who are focused on delivering Customer focused solutions and supporting ongoing opportunities across our diverse markets.

This exciting new career opportunity will see you: Supporting Services projects across New South Wales with a specific focus on delivery/execution and governance Collaborating with a variety of teams to drive project success, supporting business strategies that are focused on ongoing growth across a range of Customers / Markets Overseeing the delivery of current projects and taking a strategic approach to ensure that we are setup for success as we plan for a strong pipeline of exciting future projects Providing expertise in relation to technical requirements and project management, adhering to internal processes and the utilisation of tools that support a digitally focused organisation Contributing to workforce planning, management of Subcontractor resources and drive other proactive business improvement initiatives Our ideal candidate will possess: Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Technical Trade, Project Management etc.) coupled with proven experience in a similar position Well-developed project management skills and experience gained within a similar organisation (Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure etc.) Proven experience in the execution of diverse technical projects where you can demonstrate Impact and success The ability to partner with varied stakeholder groups to achieve innovative customer-focused solutions Those with additional postgraduate qualifications and/or PMP certification will be viewed favourably Find out if this role might be your next role - take action and make an IMPACT as you discover your next step.
