About this job…As a Project Site Supervisor, you will provide turnkey project solutions for on-site high voltage infrastructure.
Working with the projects team you will be leading and managing staff and contractors, tools, plant and equipment to deliver our project outcomes.
This role is based in Mackay QLD however project sites are varied and if successful you will ideally be living within the area of Mackay QLD and able to work away from home.
Attractive living away from home remuneration will be offered.
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be considered.
Key responsibilities include:Managing and coordinating employees and subcontractorsUnderstanding project scope and deliverables, arranging all resources, materials and plant to achieve outcomesMaintaining planned work schedulesMaintaining key customer relationships through regular communication and reporting, relating to progress of works on siteMonthly project reportingEnsure site WHS systems and compliancePrevious project engineering or project management experienceAn electrical trade or electrical engineering backgroundSelf-motivation and always striving for excellenceExceptional communication skillsStrong time management and organisational skillsExcellent computer proficiency, including MS Office programs in particular ExcelTunnelling, mining and/or heavy industry experienceMust be able to work away from homeWe can offer you!A permanent, full-time positionCompetitive salary packageAn immediate start for the right candidateAn immediate start is available if you have a productive, tenacious and systematic approach to work, focused on safety and quality.
