An Electrical trade certification and WA A-grade Electrical License.A HV Operator ticket (desirable).Cert III or IV Instrumentation (desirable).Key responsibilities: Maintain electrical infrastructure for the plant as per the weekly schedule.Identify and recommend plant improvements to reduce cost and downtime.Actively demonstrate behaviours in alignment to Gold Fields Values and lifesaving commitments.Ensure that all statutory and organisational, operational, reliability and safety requirements are always adhered to.Complete inspections to identify faults and raise quality notifications in SAP.Conduct preventative maintenance and repair electrical plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Conduct general repairs and calibration of industrial instrumentation (we will train and develop you).Logically and systematically solve problems by implementing sound fault finding processes.Conduct HV switching safely.Assist with PLC investigation and repairs.Ensure all electrical work activity is carried out in accordance with AS/NZS3000 and site safety standards and procedures.We are committed to achieving a diverse and inclusive workforce, and strongly encourage applications from female, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, as well as candidates with culturally diverse backgrounds.
