Sodexo isseeking a suitably qualified and highly motivatedElectrical Supervisorto join our Building Maintenance team across multiple locations within the Pilbara region.
Reporting to your Facilities Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement preventative and corrective maintenance programs while providing advice and support to work teams to address facilities maintenance work in a productive manner.
The positionon offeris FIFO (flights from Perth).
Thisrole ispermanent, full-time positionwith Sodexo.

Effectively supervise the employee relations and management of your work crew and ensure employees are trained and held accountable for their tasksEnsure all servicing and maintenance work is performed in accordance with Company Management Systems, Statutory Obligations, Standard Work Procedures and Risk AssessmentsEnsure timely evaluation and scoping of work requests prior to approval for the work management planning processParticipate in the weekly pre-planning, planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment and commitment of resources to the work scheduleEnsure safe execution of maintenance work as per the signed of scheduleManage the planning and execution of unplanned work and the re-scheduling of the existing work orders as requiredReview work execution performance with team members, identify gaps and take corrective action as necessary to improve performanceManage and review events and ensure that escalation protocols are complied withProvide input into the development of maintenance work strategiesClose completed work orders to ensure end to end process complianceQualifications Suitable candidates must have the following:
Electrical Nominee / ContractorsLicences (essential)Trade relevant qualification within an equivalent industry and organisational experienceExperience in troubleshooting, and proven evidence of careful consideration of risk-factors in undertaking any taskSuperior technical knowledge and skills, including a broad understanding of operational and maintenance requirementsWell-developed communication and interpersonal skills and a strong desireto foster a "team-oriented" approach to the achievement of tasksCPR CertificationFirst Aid CertificationLVR CertificationWhite cardWA Manual Drivers LicenceAdditional Information About Sodexo Sodexo offer a safe, friendly working environment with market-leading clients along with great employee benefits and a recognition program.
