Our client is looking for a pro-active and dedicated Electrical Supervisor to help drive site improvement and also oversee responsibility for utilities on site.Position Overview:

As well as driving electrical maintenance, this role is pivotal in ensuring efficient utility management, optimizing energy consumption, and maintaining the high standards that define our business.Key Responsibilities:

Lead Electrical Maintenance

Utility Management:

Oversee the management and optimization of utility services, including electricity, water, and gas, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with utility providers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications: Electrical Background:

Australian A Class Electrical License.
Technical Skills:

Exposure to utility systems and infrastructure, with some experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
