Electrical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role: Prestige Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our industrial services division, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems and equipment at our client sites are safely and efficiently maintained.
Key Responsibilities: Perform regular electrical maintenance and repairs to prevent equipment downtime and ensure compliance with Australian Standards.Conduct thorough fault diagnostics and implement effective solutions to minimize electrical system failures.Work effectively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of plant, machinery, and equipment.Develop and implement strategies to improve electrical system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair history, and equipment performance.Requirements: A Grade Electrical License (NSW) or equivalent.3+ years of qualified industrial experience in electrical maintenance and repair.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.About You: As a skilled electrical maintenance specialist, you will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
