About Your New Role Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and being a linchpin for the success of the site's maintenance function, you will lead a team of both in-house and contractor electricians driving electrical maintenance execution across this impressive facility. In a varied and engaging role, you will develop the weekly electrical maintenance plan and lead your team to execute works including electrical systems upgrades, testing and commissioning. You'll also be:
Leading, mentoring and developing your team of electricians, with the aim of strengthening succession planning and retention. Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of electrical maintenance activities across the site. Further developing predictive and preventative maintenance systems for electrical equipment and systems. Engaging effectively with the broader Maintenance & Operations teams to identify and rectify issues. Playing a key support role in the electrical aspects of capital projects, upgrades and ongoing installations. About You You'll bring to the role:
