Responsibilities:


Lead and supervise electrical fitout projects in commercial and school environments. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. Take charge of project scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation. Mentor and train apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Qualifications:


Trade qualification in Electrical Proven experience in electrical fitouts for commercial projects. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Sound knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Valid NSW driver's license. Benefits:
