This role involves overseeing and executing commercial fit-outs across Brisbane CBD. We are seeking skilled professionals who can lead a team effectively and deliver high-quality electrical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians on commercial fit-out projects. Ensure all electrical installations meet safety and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Provide hands-on electrical work, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and requirements are met. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Requirements: Proven experience as an electrician with leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
