We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Lead to drive innovation in our projects and shape the future of our Electrical team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring team members, providing guidance, technical support, and mentorship.Managing and overseeing multiple electrical engineering projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule.Developing and implementing strategic plans for electrical engineering initiatives aligned with organisational goals.Spearheading the design and development of complex electrical systems and components.Collaborating with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.Ensuring all projects and systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.In this role, you will also proactively develop marketing and client engagement skills while fostering a fun and interactive team environment.
