Our Brisbane team is growing, and we are looking for a locally based Electrical Engineer in the mining, infrastructure utilities and manufacturing industries, for current and ongoing projects. You will be a detail-oriented Engineer, with project, site or consultancy experiences capable of working from initial concept, through coordination of detailed design, to installation and commissioning.
Key Skills & Experience:
Relevant (3-7 years) and current Electrical Engineering experienceDesign exposure to LV and HV system design and cable sizing, cable management system, protection systems, substations, motor controls and switchboardsPower systems modelling using software; Power tools for Windows (PTW), eTap and Power Cad 5. Experience with DigSILENT Power Factory would be well regardedTesting and commissioning experience (FAT, SAT) will be added valueExperience with engineering works in mining and/or infrastructure and/or UtilitiesExposure to generating study reports, scopes of work, equipment specifications and datasheets will be added valueExposure to AutoCAD and/or Micro station drawing packages will be added valueAbility to deliver projects on time, on budget and to Verbrec and client standardsAbility to maintain engineering standards across all designs and projectsBe willing to work onsite to support clients and perform project tasksWe are growing If you are an Electrical Engineer with a passion for delivering engineering excellence and want to work in a collaborative team environment with varied clients and projects, apply today.
