About the RoleEnerven, a leading provider of electrical, telecommunications, and renewable infrastructure solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager (Electrical) to join their Substation Construction department.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of electrical infrastructure projects.Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and leadership to construction crews, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Quality and Safety Management: Implement and maintain WHS, Environmental, and Quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Customer and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain key customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services.Performance Management: Coordinate and manage the overall performance of the work group, focusing on productivity, financial performance, employee commitment, customer service, and compliance.About You: Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in heavy industrial electrical infrastructure construction projects, including installation of High Voltage equipment and systems.Technical Expertise: Specific experience in the construction of substations and/or renewable projects is highly advantageous.Certifications and Licenses: Current SA Electrical Trade Certificate or Current SA Electrical worker registration, and a Current South Australian Drivers Licence.What We Offer: Overtime rates (straight into double time)12.5% superannuation17.5% annual leave loading$900 annual electricity reimbursementAutomatic income protection coverage
