Suncorp Electrical are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join their team in Wollongong, NSW on a full-time basis. As the Electrical Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all electrical work on construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld.
What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate a team of electrical tradespeople to complete all electrical installations and maintenance on construction sitesDevelop and implement project plans, schedules and procedures to optimise productivity and efficiencyMonitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delaysEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policiesLiaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliveryProvide training to upskill junior team membersMaintain detailed records and documentation for all project activitiesWhat we're looking for Qualified electrician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or foreman role with a special focus on high rise apartments.Demonstrated experience leading and motivating teams in construction environmentsExcellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skillsStrong communication abilitiesThorough understanding of electrical codes, regulations and safety requirementsWhat we offer At Suncorp Electrical, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
