We're looking for an Electrical Fitter Mechanic to permanently join our team located in Emerald .
Meter Reconnection Officer, Advanced Connection Officer and/or Electrical Connection Officer authorisations/experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
What's on offer: Remuneration from $97,006 to $111,404 per annum + 12.75% superannuation + below location incentives The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the applicant's knowledge, skill and competencies required for the position.
Location Incentives:  Non-Urban Zone Allowance – up to $3,000 per annum.
Housing Allowance – up to $17,420 per annum.
Locality Allowance – up to $1,640 per annum.
Non-Urban Time Recognition Payments - $5,000 after 2 years and if you decide to stay on for 5, 10, 15 or even 20 years, we'll pay you $5,000 at each milestone.
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance.

About the role: As an Electrical Fitter Mechanic, you will: Be trade qualified with a Queensland Electrical Fitter Mechanic licence.
Install, repair, commission and maintain various items of electrical equipment and plant.
MRO, ACO and ECO would be an advantage.
About you: Critical to your success in the role, is your: Demonstrated knowledge of an electricity distribution/transmission system, including construction and maintenance of the electrical network.
Working knowledge of Electricity Act & Regulations, Workplace Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and other relevant statutory acts & regulations.
Availability for call out and emergency work.
Willingness to travel to surrounding areas from time to time to undertake work.
Current 'C' class open Drives Licence.
You will be required to complete a pre-employment medical as part of the selection process.
