Key Responsibilities: Building and maintain healthy relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, clients, etc. Creating and submitting accurate estimate reports or bids to the appropriate individuals, such as the upper management, project managers, clients. Efficiently monitoring projects in order to ensure that developments meet objectives, agreed on deadlines & budgetary requirements. Creating and maintain open lines of communication between internal departments such as project managers and drafting. Maintaining of records and databases. Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Recording data and estimating the number of materials needed, and also making use of formulas to determine the final cost of development. Supporting the estimating teams at our branches in Wangaratta and Albury. Finding new suppliers with features and benefits including cost savings to the business. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in electrical technology. MUST HAVE a current A Grade Electrical Licence. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of electrical, data, security systems. Knowledgeable about relevant safety standards and regulations.
