Electrical Estimator

Innovative Energy Solutions (IES) is a leading Australian owned electrical contracting company that combines a small business outlook with a big business vision.
We specialise in the mining and resources sectors and are currently looking for an Electrical Estimator to join our Perth based team.This position is ideal for an experienced Electrical Estimator with knowledge of the mining and resources sectors.
Whilst we will provide comprehensive training on our systems, a strong electrical background and the ability to interpret scopes of work and drawings is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately estimate costs for a range of industrial mining installations.Prepare tender documents and proposals, including but not limited to clarifications/exclusions registers, methodologies, risk assessments, project schedules, and labour breakdowns/histograms.Prepare Material Take Off's.Develop Schedule of Rates proposals.Liaise with project management, suppliers and subcontractors.Exhibit highly effective written and oral communication skills.Participate in tender site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information.Required Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Project.This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a supportive and dynamic environment.
