Electrical Estimator

The Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Estimator with an electrical background to join a well-established services organisation.

Provide costing, estimating, and pricing for ongoing contract service delivery and minor works projects, valued from $50,000 up to $3 million.

The Duties: Estimating / pricingfor upgrades, refits and refurbs for new and existing clients Target ongoing contracts over one-off projects Evaluate feasibility of new opportunities, risk, cost control, review statistical data Provide pricing inputs on tenders Read drawings and take-offs Site visits as necessary Reporting on expenses, forecast margins, financial deliverables Negotiation with subcontractors Work across multiple commercial sectors e.g. offices, retail, education, aged care, government etc. (not involved in large construction, civils or residential) The Requirements: Electrical qualification preferred such as Trade Cert Electrician, Electrical Engineering etc. Background / experience in Electrical services, Data and/or Communications Experience in a similar Estimating role in above commercial sectors Strong negotiating skills Can read drawings and use estimating and take off packages Must have the right to work in Australia (preferably a citizen, this role does not offer sponshorship) The Benefits: Reputable company with strong growth Great culture and employee programs such as flexible work, corporate benefits, training and promotion pathways Salary is $120-130k + Super + Car Allowance ASAP Start Available Permanent role Please apply today - if you meet the above requirements we'll be in touch for a confidential conversation!
