Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineering TechnicianA&J Australia currently offers a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure safe and efficient electrical engineering operations at all times.Undertake electrical engineering maintenance and repairs and safety.Identify faults and utilise troubleshooting skills to identify and implement solutions.Arrange electrical equipment installation and test the stability.Machine and equipment troubleshooting including modifying and repairing.Conduct tests of electrical systems related to production machinery and systems.Ensure maintenance schedule is followed.Reporting of production turnout.Reporting downtime, coordination of staff, and safety compliance checks.Assisting electrical engineer as and when required.Complete all mandatory training as required.Ensure all EH&S daily, weekly, and monthly checks and reporting have been finalized.Successful mentoring and coaching of trainees.Cost analysis for parts repairing/replacement.Key Competencies and Skills:Electrical technician/trade certificate (or proven skills in these areas).Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.Experience providing out-of-the-box solutions to unique and complex operating problems.Exposure to managing a diverse team or shift in remote or isolated environments.General understanding of blow/injection moulding.General ability to use computers, radios, phones, tablets, etc.
