To be eligible for the Snowy Hydro Graduate Program, applicants must: Have completed an Electrical Engineering degree Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident Be willing to relocate to regions in which Snowy Hydro operates Demonstrated ability to manage their own time and an ability to work autonomously Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Capacity for analytical thinking and the ability to identify the key elements of complex issues and problems Motivation and enthusiasm to achieve set goals and beyond.
