Electrical Engineer (Nights Only)

Salary Range: 40K - 46K per annumStatic site: LondonMon to Thurs (7pm - 5am)Overtime available in abundanceDuties Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lightingEmergency light testingPower distributionElectrical fault-findingSmall works - new sockets, new lights, new circuitsPAT TestingControl Panel maintenanceTransformersStar Delta StartersFire alarm testing and sprinkler testingAHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleansPumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)Motors - PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)Water treatment - dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosingBoilers - re-setsChillers - re-sets, 1st Line faultsGeneral fabric maintenance as requiredRequirements C&G Level 3 Electrical Installations (essential)C&G 18th Edition (essential)Critical building maintenance experience (desirable)Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
