About The Role As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for strengthening Electrolux's capability by providing specialist support in developing, delivering and implementing electrical solutions within the manufacturing plant. What You'll Do Provide technical support and identify opportunities for factory improvements.Work on projects from start to finish, seeking out challenges and working methodically to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and meet project and production requirements.Assist in the implementation and continual improvement of Work, Health and Safety and Injury Management systems.Drive a safety culture by providing safety-focused leadership through positive attitude and behaviours.Perform additional duties as required by evolving roles and business requirements. Qualification: A degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a high volume manufacturing or similar environment.Demonstrated knowledge of automation systems, safety systems, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.Proven competence in PLC/HMI, creating project documentation (functional descriptions, checklists, FAT etc.).Knowledge of Siemens Automation will be advantageous.Experience in project implementation and "on-site" commissioning.Project leader experience with good people leader skills will be advantageous.
