A medium sized multi-Disciplined consultancy based in Melbourne who work across all areas of Building Services. This business focuses on commercial, Government, Industrial, retail and Educational markets. They are on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer to add to their current team.
Duties and Responsibilities:Carrying out assigned Electrical Engineering activities within the team from concept to completion.Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, consistency of work quality and that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable codes and standards, procedures, and the basis of design.Design, documentation, correspondence, reporting and consulting tasks associated with the electrical services including but not limited to infrastructure, electrical, lighting and communications designs.Ongoing knowledge, upkeep and use of the Australian Standards, National Construction Code of Conduct and all other codes and standards relevant to the building services field and the electrical services discipline.Prepare project budget estimates upon request.Site inspections and report writing including quality assurance and document control.Discovering potential new projects and providing fee proposals and submissions.Training, mentoring and supervision of graduate engineers.The RequirementsUniversity degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering.Experience of at least 3 years within the building services environment.Preference in the use of Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS and/or Dialux.Proven written and verbal communication skills and sound problem-solving skills.To Apply:Click the 'Apply Now' button below.
