Seeking Senior Electrical Engineers of all levels to join our Brisbane based team in the CBD. We are looking for innovative and motivated engineers that thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment. Working alongside or leading a multi-disciplined engineering and design team, you will be responsible for the electrical engineering & design of hydrometallurgical process plants.
Brief key duties: Prepare electrical and instrumentation designs and calculations in accordance with relevant Client and Australian StandardsLV and MV design, MCC's and SwitchroomsConfiguration and Commissioning of Electrical and Control SystemsSpecification and technical document writingManagement and ownership of electrical design projectsSupport and collaborate with highly skilled designers to develop designs for a wide range of plant elementsPrepare technical engineering documents as part of the overall project engineering deliverablesYou will have: Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical Engineering, or equivalentExperience in mineral processing in a design and construct environmentKnowledge of power systems and LV designFunctional safety and hazardous area experience in a mining environment advantageousKnowledge of instrumentation, control systems and communications advantageousUnderstanding of relevant Australian and industry codes and standardsExperience with base metals and rare earth minerals is highly advantageousWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsRight to work in AustraliaHere at DRA, we offer: Competitive salary and remuneration packagesFlexible start and finish timesOpportunities to grow your career as the business growsA collaborative and supportive team environment with all the tools to succeedPlease submit your CV by clicking the 'Apply' button.
