This is a contingent position based upon contract award What You'll Do In the role of Engineer, Electrical, your duties will include: Studies, designs, specs, and services electrical systems.
Functions as a technical specialist who makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have a far-reaching impact on extensive engineering and related activities.
Negotiates critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies.
Performs advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority for broad program areas or in an intensely specialized area.
Other duties as required.
Requirements: Must be a US or Australian citizen.
Must have a US TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance.
Must have a minimum of a BA/BS in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Must have a minimum of ten years of electrical engineering experience.
Must have a PE-Electrical license.
This role will be located in Alice Springs, at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space.
This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
