Competitive salary with lucrative site allowances.Continuous opportunities for professional growth and development.Strong pipeline of works on multiyear projects with our Tier 1 clients.See your project through the full life cycle from Feasibility through to Commissioning.Unlock your career potential with our clear advancement pathways.Your Responsibilities Include: Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings.Lead, mentor and develop your design team to deliver quality, safe and cost-effective outcomes.Assist with estimating deliverables.RPEQ certification of your team's deliverables.Designing MV and LV reticulation systems across the Hydro-electric and Gas fired Power Stations as well as our Oil & Gas and Industrial clients.MV and HV Protection and Coordination Studies.Earthing and Lightning Protection Studies.Design of Instrumentation and Control systems would be highly regarded.About You: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.Chartered Status (CPEng) is a prerequisite.Proficiency in design quality assurance processes and relevant standards.Skilled in generating detailed technical reports and project scopes.Strong understanding of HV substations, control, automation, and protection systems.Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and leading engineering teams.Design of substation Earthing would be highly regarded.Excellent problem-solving abilities and adept at working independently or collaboratively.Effective communicator with a willingness to travel for project assignments.Demonstrated experience in CAD software such as AutoCAD.Demonstrated experience in Power System Analysis using PowerCad, PTW or ETAP would be highly regarded.At PHE Engineering, we value your expertise and offer a platform for your professional and personal growth.
