As our new Electrical Design Engineer, you'll be a vital part of the Industrial EI&C team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable.
Your role will include:
In-depth knowledge of heavy industrial and process plant projects A fundamental knowledge of key Australian Standards Prior experience with client interfacing roles Experience in detailed design of electrical, instrumentation and control systems Experience with power systems software What are we looking for from you?

We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.
As well as experience in a similar electrical engineering role previously, you would require:
Completed a Degree in Electrical Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia A minimum of 5 years' post graduate experience working on industrial projects, delivering process plant projects, energy sector, water sector or mining projects ensuring quality deliverables while meeting agreed schedules.
In depth knowledge of 'in-plant' electrical distribution (MV and LV systems) and motor control systems Applied knowledge of relevant standards including AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3008.1.1 and AS/NZS 2067.
Understanding of renewable energy, industrial communications systems would be viewed favourably.
Experience across all project development phases including concept, FEED and detail design Ability to proactively interact with Project Managers, discipline engineers and designers to support project deliverables.
