Company Description Anglo American Steelmaking Coal Steelmaking coal is an essential ingredient in blast-furnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world. In Australia, we operate five steelmaking coal mines in Queensland's Bowen Basin, and have additional joint venture interests in steelmaking coal and manganese, as well as copper exploration projects underway in North West Queensland and Western Australia Job Description Reporting to the Outbye Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the electrical maintenance activities within Outbye Operations to ensure a safe and productive mining environment is maintained. You will be accountable for: Establishing Outbye maintenance practices to support the operation. Create and implement rolling monthly plans to optimise the electrical maintenance performance to support the mine. Working alongside the Mechanical and Operations Coordinators, you will develop monthly work and resource targets. Continually review and adjust the pathways to deliver operational excellence in line with legislative requirements and the annual Mine Operational Plan.  Build and develop your team to ensure optimal performance and high output is achieved. Provide an on-shift focal point for the implementation of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety systems, practices and behaviours.  Qualifications Electrical Trade Qualifications   Maintenance Management & CMMS proven experience   EEHA competency and prove competency   Relationship-building expertise: you will be able to implement initiatives that support both organisational and community/stakeholder benefit.   You will be flexible and able to proactively manage changing priorities, while being meticulous in your recording and outcome delivery.
